We love what we do, and we love doing it together. With backgrounds in design, styling, and home renovation, we bring heart and hands-on experience to every project. We also bring plenty of laughter, and even on the longest days, we find a way to make it fun!

Our 3 Ravens story began in real estate. As agents, we were often helping clients get their homes ready for market: suggesting what to update or refresh, and how to make each room show its best. Before long, we were rolling up our sleeves and doing it ourselves. It was immediately clear that the homes we staged drew far more attention online and in person, sold quickly, and sold for more. When agents and homeowners began seeking out our help in transforming their own listings, we officially launched

3 Ravens Showcase Staging.

 

Legacy Staging evolved naturally as we began meeting families getting ready to sell their parents’ home, or downsizing themselves after many years. They needed more than just staging. They needed tailored, hands-on guidance through every phase of preparing their beloved family home for sale. It’s an emotional time that can strain even the closest families. Helping people through this comes naturally to us because we draw on our own experiences as daughters, sisters, mothers, and friends. We offer a steady, neutral presence, to coordinate the tasks at hand, alleviate stress, and keep the process moving forward for families in transition.

Every client and every home has a story, and getting to know them is one of the great joys of this work. We thrive on the creative challenge of making a home resonate with modern buyers while honoring its character and heart. The most meaningful moment for us is that final reveal - when clients and their families see their home transformed, and ready for its next chapter. We often watch something shift: complicated feelings of loss give way to pride, making it so much easier to let go.
